专利说明:
Description: [0001] The present invention relates to a watch movement with several barrels connected in series. In a mechanical watch movement, the barrel or barrels are the motor that provides energy to the rest of the movement. They drive the gear which itself drives the exhaust which cooperates with the regulating member. Each barrel contains a spiral spring motor and is associated with a röchet for reassembling said spring. The motor spring is connected by its outer end to the peripheral wall of the barrel and its inner end to a barrel shaft secured to the röchet and around which rotates the barrel. Mounting several barrels in series increases the energy storage capacity and thus the movement time of the movement. Generally the barrels are located in the same frame as the rest of the movement but they can also be mounted as a module above the frame. In the latter case, they can prevent access to the regulating member for its adjustment. They can of course be removed to make the regulator accessible but then the movement can not work which does not facilitate adjustment. The present invention aims to remedy this drawback and proposes for this purpose a watch movement comprising a time measuring mechanism and several sets barrel-ratchet connected in series to drive the time measuring mechanism, characterized in that a first portion of the barrel-ratchet assemblies is located above an adjustable member of the time measuring mechanism and can be removed to allow access to the adjustable member for its adjustment, and in that it includes a blocker being able to occupy a first position where the blocker acts on a second part of the barrel-ratchet assemblies to allow this second part to continue driving the time measuring mechanism after the first part has been removed, and a second position where the blocker does not act on said second part. [0004] Preferably, the blocker is bistable, in other words the first and second positions are stable positions. By "stable positions" is meant that the transition from one to the other of these positions involves the application of an elastic stress followed by a total or partial release of said stress. In exemplary embodiments, the blocker is movable in translation between the first and second positions. The blocker may comprise teeth which are engaged in a toothing of the second part when the blocker is in the first position and which are out of said toothing when the blocker is in the second position. Preferably, in the first position the blocker blocks, directly or indirectly, the röchet of the last barrel-ratchet group among said barrel-ratchet sets connected in series, that is to say the barrel-ratchet assembly which in the driveline is the closest to the time measuring mechanism. Advantageously, the barrel-ratchet assemblies are mounted on a support which has an opening making accessible the adjustable member when the first part of the barrel-ratchet assemblies is removed. According to another advantageous characteristic, the first part of the barrel-ratchet assemblies is covered by a bridge mounted by means of fixing elements, and this bridge and the blocker are arranged so that during the assembly of this bridge , the blocker prevents the establishment of at least one of the fasteners if the blocker is in the first position. Preferably, the bridge and the blocker are also arranged so that, when the bridge is in its assembled state with all the fastening elements, said at least one of the fastening elements prevents actuation of the blocker. The blocker may further be arranged to automatically go from the first position to the second position during the winding barrel-ratchet assemblies. The adjustable member is for example the regulating member of the time measuring mechanism. Each of the first and second parts of the barrel-ratchet assemblies may comprise one or more said sets. In a preferred embodiment, the first portion of the barrel-ratchet assemblies comprises two barrel-ratchet assemblies and the second portion of the barrel-ratchet assemblies comprises a barrel-ratchet assembly. Other features and advantages of the present invention will appear on reading the following detailed description with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a sectional view along the broken line 1-l of FIG. 3, a watch movement according to a preferred embodiment of the invention; fig. 2 is a sectional view along the broken line 11-11 of FIG. 3, the watch movement according to the preferred embodiment of the invention; fig. 3 shows in view of the bridge side the cooperation of barrel-ratchet assemblies with other movable members of the watch movement according to the preferred embodiment of the invention; fig. 4 is an exploded view of the bridge side of the watch movement according to the preferred embodiment of the invention; fig. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line III-III of FIG. 3, the watch movement according to the preferred embodiment of the invention; and FIG. 6 shows in view of the bridge side the cooperation between a blocker and a röchet according to a variant of the invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the watch movement according to the invention comprises a frame conventionally formed of a plate 11 and bridges 12 fixed to the plate 11. A dial 1 is fixed to the plate 11. An intermediate element 13, such as a calendar board, can be interposed between the dial 1 and the plate 11. Between the plate 11 and the bridges 12 is mounted the movement mechanism for measuring time. This time measuring mechanism, designated by 14, comprises, in a conventional manner, a work train, an escapement, a regulating member and a time train. It may also include, for example, a chronograph mechanism. A date indication mechanism may furthermore be provided between the plate 11 and the calendar board 13. In the figures, it is possible to see the medium-sized mobile 14a of the finishing train (FIGS. 1 and 3) and the regulating member 14b (FIG 4), typically consisting of a balance spring. For the sake of clarity, the other members of the time measuring mechanism 14 have not been shown. In a conventional watch movement, the motor member is constituted by one or more barrels located between the plate and the bridges. In the present invention, the frame 11, 12 does not house a motor unit. In the place of a conventional barrel and its röchet, the movement according to the invention comprises, around a same axis but free in rotation with respect to each other, a barrel return 15 and a return of röchet 16. The return of röchet 16 may be driven by a winding mechanism comprising a winding rod 17 (visible in Figures 3 and 4). The driving member of the movement according to the invention comprises a plurality of barrels 18, three in number in the illustrated example designated 18a, 18b, 18c, forming part of a module 19 fixed to the frame 11, 12 and located on the bridge side. . The barrels 18 are connected in series to obtain a long running time. The module 19 comprises two barrel bridges 20a, 20b, a board 21 to which are fixed the barrel bridges 20a, 20b and, between the barrel bridges 20a, 20b and the board 21, the barrels 18 and ratchets 22 associated respectively with the barrels 18. The röchet 22a of the first barrel 18a meshes with a toothing 23a of a röchet driving mobile 23 (see Figures 2 and 3). Another toothing 23b of the röchet driving gear 23, integral with the toothing 23a, meshes with the ratchet gear 16 connected to the winding mechanism. A rotation of the winding rod 17 thus rotates the röchet 22a of the first barrel 18a, which raises the motor member. A pawl 22 'acting on the lock 22a prevents the rotation of the latter in the direction opposite to the direction of reassembly. The barrels 18a, 18b meshing with each other, as well as the ratchets 22b, 22c of the barrels 18b, 18c. The last barrel 18c meshes with a toothing 24a of a barrel return driving wheel 24 (see Figs 1 and 3). Another toothing 24b of the motive barrel return driving mechanism 24, secured to the toothing 24a, meshes with the barrel return 15, to drive it, the barrel return 15, which in turn drives the medium-sized mobile 14a and thus the finishing gear and all the time measuring mechanism 14. The module 19 is fixed to a circle 36 which itself surrounds and is fixed to the plate 11 (see Fig. 2). The diameter of the module 19 is thus greater than the diameter of the plate 11. The attachment of the module 19 to the circle 36 and the circle 36 to the plate 11 can be achieved, for example, by means of screwed flanges (not shown). The movement according to the invention can be made from an existing basic movement comprising the plate 11 and the bridges 12, adding to this basic movement the module 19 and the circle 36. The module 19 can also for example, replace a mechanism for automatic winding of the basic movement. The movement according to the invention can be fixed in a watch case by the circle 36, in a conventional manner. As shown in FIG. 4, the board 21 of the module 19 has an opening 37 through which is visible and accessible the regulating member 14b of the time measuring mechanism 14. In the assembled state of the movement, the opening 37 is covered by the barrel assemblies -rochet 18a, 22a and 18b, 22b which are mounted between the board 21 and the bridge 20a. Thus, removing these assemblies 18a, 22a and 18b, 22b makes the regulating member 14b accessible for adjustment. This may be, for example, a setting of the angular position in the neutral position of the regulator member 14b (setting at the mark), of an adjustment of the active length of the spiral with the aid of a racket, adjustment of the flat and centering of the hairspring, adjustment of the inertia of the balance by means of screws or weights mounted on the balance, and / or dynamic balancing of the balance by removal of material on the serge of the pendulum, as is well known in itself. However, to evaluate the effectiveness of the adjustment and to make the necessary measurements it is useful for the movement to continue operating during said adjustment. For this purpose, a blocker 38 shown in FIG. 3 is mounted in the module 19, on the board 21, so as to occupy a first position (shown in solid lines) where it blocks the röchet 22c and a second position (shown in dashed line) where it leaves the röchet 22c free to turn. In the example shown, the blocker 38 is movable in translation between said first and second positions and, for this purpose, is guided by two fixed pins 39, 40 cooperating with a slot 41 of the blocker 38. One, 40, of these pin cooperates more precisely with one or the other of two housings 42, 43 defined by the slot 41, the passage of a housing to the other causing an elastic deformation of the blocker 38 in the manner of a reversible snap. These two housings 42, 43 respectively correspond to said

Claims (11) [1] first and second positions of the blocker 38 and make these two positions stable. The blocker 38 can be moved manually in one or other of its two stable positions by means of a conventional tool such as tweezers or a screwdriver. To perform its blocking function, the blocker 38 is provided with teeth 44 which are engaged with the toothing of the socket 22c when it is in its first position and which are outside the teeth of the socket 22c when it is in its second position. position. Alternatively, the blocker 38 could be movable between its first and second positions in rotation rather than translation. Thus, to facilitate the adjustment of the regulator member 14b the watchmaker actuates the blocker 38 so that it comes block the röchet 22c of the last barrel 18c and removes the two first barrel-ratchet assemblies 18a, 22a and 18b, 22b with the corresponding bridge 20a (see Fig. 4). The regulating member 14b is then accessible to the watchmaker while the barrel 18c still in place between the board 21 and the bridge 20b and kinematically connected to the work train continues to operate the movement. Locking of the socket 22c by the blocker 38 prevents instantaneous disarming of the spring inside the barrel 18c, a function which, prior to the withdrawal of the barrel-ratchet assemblies 18a, 22a and 18b, 22b, was filled by the pawl 22 ". Once the adjustment of the regulator 14b has been completed, the barrel-ratchet assemblies 18a, 22a and 18b, 22b and the bridge 20a are replaced and the blocker 38 is moved into its second position so that it releases the ratchet 22c. in order to restore the kinematic connection between the three barrel-ratchet assemblies [0023] As shown in Fig. 3 and 5, the blocker 38 further preferably comprises a polarizing arm 45 which, in the first position of the blocker 38, prevents introducing one of the fixing screws 20a of the bridge 20a into the corresponding hole of the board 21, thus forcing the watchmaker to disengage the blocker 38 of the socket 22c before replacing the bridge 20a. is mounted on the board 21, with all its screws, the screw 46 serves as a stop arm 45 preventing any movement of the blocker 38 from its second position where it does not act on the röchet 22c in its first position where it blocks the röchet 22c. In this way, it is ensured that the lock 22c will not be immobilized by the blocker 38 during the normal operation of the movement. FIG. 6 shows a variant of the invention in which the blocker 38 is automatically disengaged from röchet 22c during reassembly of the motor member. In this variant, the polarizing arm 45 is no longer necessary and the blocker 38 is guided only by the pin 40, the other pin 39 being removed to allow the blocker 38 to move both in translation and in translation. rotation. Fig. 6a shows the blocker 38 in its second position, the one where it does not act on the röchet 22c. From this position, the blocker 38 can be moved manually in translation in its first position where its toothing 44 is engaged in the gear teeth 22c (Figure 6b). In this first position, the blocker 38 is in abutment with the teeth of the socket 22c by the action of protuberances 47 and the elasticity of the blocker 38 on the pin 40, an action which tends to move the blocker 38 towards the socket 22c and makes the first stable position. Subject to the force exerted by the spring housed in the barrel 18c, the röchet 22c tends to turn counterclockwise of FIG. 6 but a stop 48 defined by the board 21 blocks the blocker 38 and therefore the röchet 22c, preventing it from turning. When the winding mechanism of the movement is actuated, the bit 22c rotates clockwise of FIG. 6 (indicated by the arrow in Fig. 6c), which causes the blocker 38 to rotate about the pin 40 until, by detenting the resilient portions of the blocker 38, return the blocker to its second, stable, illustrated position. in fig. 6a, during this movement of the blocker 38 the latter is guided by a boss 49 defined by the board 21. It goes without saying that the number of barrel-ratchet assemblies in the present invention could be different from three, for example equal to two, four or five. Depending on the configuration of the time measuring mechanism 14 and the module 19, it may be necessary to remove only one barrel-ratchet assembly and / or the number of barrel-ratchet assemblies remaining in place during the adjustment may be greater than a. In the latter case, instead of acting directly on the last röchet 22c the blocker 38 could indirectly block the latter röchet 22c by acting for example on the penultimate röchet or on the penultimate barrel. One could also reverse the roles of the barrels and ratchets by ensuring in particular that the röchet 22c is the member that drives the driving motive driving barrel 24 instead of the barrel 18c. In this case, the blocker 38 would have the function of directly or indirectly block the barrel 18c. It will also be clear to those skilled in the art that the present invention could be used to facilitate the adjustment of other organs that a regulating member, for example the setting of the arming of a jumper or the position hammers or a clutch rocker a chronograph. claims A watch movement comprising a time measuring mechanism (14) and several barrel-ratchet assemblies (18, 22) connected in series for driving the time measuring mechanism (14), characterized in that a first part (18a) , 18b, 22a, 22b) barrel-ratchet assemblies is located above an adjustable member (14b) of the time measuring mechanism (14) and can be removed to allow access to the adjustable member (14b ) for its adjustment, and in that it comprises a blocker (38) able to occupy a first position where the blocker (38) acts on a second part (18c, 22c) of the barrel-ratchet assemblies in order to allow this second part (18c, 22c) to continue driving the time measuring mechanism (14) after the first part (18a, 18b, 22a, 22b) has been removed, and a second position where the blocker (38) is not acting on said second portion (18c, 22c).
